“Jet” – Bar Tailed Godwit – A4 print
Bar-tailed Godwits have been compared to jet fighters on account of their aerodynamic form as they fly across the ocean, migrating over 7,000 miles between the far sides of the northern and southern hemispheres. It’s not a bird that many people know as familiarly as a Robin or a Buzzard, but perhaps its time in the limelight has come. As a wading bird, its long beak is best used probing for food in sand and mud.
As its habitats start to change, the Bar-tailed Godwit and many other wading bird species are at risk of being lost. As such, 100% of the profits from every sale of this print go to Wader Quest.
A4 giclée prints on Hahnemuhle German Etching Paper 310gsm.
